1. CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Ensure safety of people and physical protection of the assets, property, materials and equipment.
  2. Ensure protection from possible unauthorised invasion.
  3. Implement stringent systems / measures for establishing & maintaining high security standards in compliance with prescribed statutory norms.
  4. Deploy measures for improving upon the security systems, resolving of commonly encountered security problems including emergence as well as the external dangers, aimed towards destructing the peace and normality.
  5. Coordinate and liaison with law enforcement agencies, government departments and administrative authorities and neighbour industries.
  6. Conduct trainings for security personnel & rest of the employees of the organizations and delegating workload to subordinates to ensure execution of operations.
  7. Develop and implement of Visitor Management system, Weigh Bridge Control Mechanism, Transport and Material movement Administration.
  8. Play a Pivotal Role for Effective Implementation & Involvement as an Internal Intelligence/ Vigilance.
  9. Movement through CCTV Camera and take proactive / immediate actions wherever required.
  10. Prepare daily, monthly and other MIS.
  11. Develop and implementation of Emergency handling system with periodical training to the security personnel.
  12. Identify of Security Training Needs.
  13. Should be able to develop own intelligence/ information systems.
  14. House- keeping, Gardening, Campus up-keep, Vehicle parking Management, VIP management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Ex-Army / Navy/ Police background.
  2. Incumbent should have understanding of english.
  3. Incumbent should have computer knowledge.

Education Qualification & Experience :

  1. Graduate / Post Graduate from reputed institute
  2. 10 to 12 years of experience in Security.

2. Tool Design Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Time bound completion of designs and transfer to tool room for manufacturing.
  2. Control loss due to design, conduct trend analysis and initiate corrective actions.
  3. Interacting with manufacturing units for improvements in existing tools.

Essential :

  1. Sound knowledge of latest trends in design of Press tools, injection moulds, die casting dies, blisters, jigs & fixtures & gauges etc.
  2. Proficient in any 3D software, preferably Solid Works.
  3. Knowledge of GD & T, Tolerance stack up.
  4. Knowledge of various standards, materials, heat-treatment & manufacturing processes.

Desirable :

  1. Cost control of Tooling’s.
  2. Tool automation & SPM design. Knowledge of pneumatics & hydraulic controls.
  3. Tool manufacturing processes, conventional as well & CNC machining.

Education Qualification & Experience :

  1. Graduation in Mechanical/Production engineering with specialisation in Tool Design & manufacturing or Tool Engineering
  2. 12 to 15 yrs of experience in the field of designing of Press tools, injection moulds, die casting dies, blisters, jigs & fixtures & gauges etc.
