1. Zonal Sales Incharge International Marketing (Africa)
Key Responsibilities :
Report to Zonal Business Head and support him in preparing Business Development Plan along with preparing all database required for that.
Responsible for achievement of Business Targets decided for assigned territory and drive sales revenues by focusing on sales targets for the all product categories.
Responsible for ensuring regular contact with existing customers in assigned territory and ensuring that all their requirements are conveyed & fulfilled thru the respective teams.
Visits to International customers during requirement, understanding specific needs and fulfil expectations, Studying markets, competitorís products, prices and services comparisons.
Maintain direct contact with logistics section to ensure the material reaches the customer on time and all necessary documents are in place, ensure timely receipts of payments, daily communication and production schedules.
Provide all necessary documents to sales support team to ensure all necessary compliances for international exports are met.
Provide insights and ideas for creation and execution of expansion plans into new regions and channels within the assigned markets. Capturing new markets and searching new potential customers by internet, calling and other activities.
Support in creation and execution of any new initiatives to increase market penetration within the assigned markets for identified product categories.
Execution of New products / New categories launches in assigned territory and achievement of targets for these products and categories.
Collaborate with Marketing team for creation of marketing strategies and execution of all planned branding exercises on ground.
Liaison with internal CFTs for New or Products being modified, Packaging, Processes etc.
Focus on driving the sales of premium and value-added products in the assigned territory.
Focus on reducing non product related customer complaints by ensuring customer demands are met.
Support senior team members in creating and executing sales strategies for AFRICA continent, ensure that strategy is aligned to the overall International business strategy.
Always ready to accept any new Task or Role given by management, which can be decided as per companyís need from time to time.
Job Purpose :
Zonal Sales Incharge is responsible for execution of sales strategies in the allocated international zone and supporting zonal head in driving sales growth and market penetration for all product categories in the zone and ensuring products reach customer in a timely manner.
Education Qualification & Experience :
Educational ; MBA
Experience of 8-10 years in International Marketing handling African markets.
Must have Travelled to African markets and understand markets.
